Indo Pacific 2023 International Maritime ExpositionExternal Link is the only comprehensive international exhibition of its kind in the Asia Pacific region. It is a powerful forum for key decision-makers, government representatives, defence officials, and military procurement managers to network with defence and aerospace manufacturers, equipment suppliers and service providers.

Applications to exhibit on the NSW Government stand at Indo Pacific 2023 International Maritime Exposition have now closed.
Benefits
The NSW Government stand at Indo Pacific 2023 is the premier platform for NSW defence and aerospace-related businesses to showcase goods, services, technologies, and solutions and connect with domestic and international representatives.
There are two options for participation on the NSW Government stand.
- As an exhibitor, with benefits including:
- access to one pod on the custom-built NSW Government stand (display example provided in FAQs)
- prime trade show location
- power, lighting and storage space
- stand furniture and seating
- your business name and/or logo included in stand graphics
- inclusion in NSW Government’s marketing, including media releases and editorial content
- a trade show readiness workshop on how to maximise your presence at the show
- on-stand support during the exhibition from NSW Government staff
- visits from high profile primes, international delegations, and defence and government officials organised by NSW Government staff
- support to access new markets and develop your business
- As a rover, with benefits including:
- prime trade show location
- access to stand furniture and seating
- your business name and/or logo included in a media wall
- inclusion in NSW Government’s marketing, including media releases and editorial content
- a Trade Show Readiness workshop on how to maximise your presence
- on-stand support during the exhibition from NSW Government staff
- visits from high profile primes, international delegations, and defence and government officials organised by NSW Government staff
- support to access new markets and develop your business.
Cost
The cost to exhibit with a pod is $6,500 (plus GST).
The cost to exhibit as a rover is $500 (plus GST).
If you are successful, we will send you a letter of offer for you to sign and return to the Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade. This letter will include the conditions of the offer and payment details.
Eligibility
Any provider or manufacturer of defence or aerospace-related goods, services, technologies and solutions who meets the set criteria can apply.
Applicants must:
- have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) registered in NSW
- employ at least two people (this can include owners)
- have quality marketing materials (not applicable if applying as a rover)
- be able to attend the in-person co-exhibitor workshop on Monday 25 September 2023 at Parliament of NSW in Sydney CBD, from 8:30 to 13:30 AEST. Further information will be provided closer to date.

Applications to exhibit on the NSW Government stand at Indo Pacific 2023 closed on Sunday 16 July 2023.
Your application will be assessed independently by a panel of NSW Government staff.
Any changes to applications should be emailed to [email protected] before the closing date.
You can expect to hear the outcome of your application by 17:00 AEST on Monday 24 July 2023.
A Letter of Offer will be sent to you that will include the terms and conditions and payment details for you to sign and return to the Department.
NSW Government staff will communicate with you on a regular basis to help meet timeframes in the lead up to the trade show.
The co-exhibitor Workshop, including the Trade Show Readiness session will be held on Monday, 25 September 2023 at Parliament of NSW in Sydney CBD.
Further information will be provided before the event.
Should an applicant withdraw from or fail to participate in the Indo Pacific 2023 without just cause, the NSW Government reserves the right to recover such costs as may have been expended by the Department prior to withdrawal or failure to participate.
A waiting list will be created if the event is oversubscribed. Should a place become available, offers will be made based on assessment.
Payments can only be made by bank transfers. Following acceptance of the Letter of Offer, an invoice will be issued with full details.
