Take your business to the Avalon Airshow

Investment NSW

Investment NSW is calling for applications from NSW defence and space-related companies to showcase their world-leading products, technologies, and services at the Avalon Airshow 2021.

The biennial Australian International Airshow and Aerospace Defence Exposition is the largest airshow in the Southern Hemisphere, and will be held at Avalon Airport, in Geelong, Victoria, from 30 November to 3 December this year.

Investment NSW CEO Amy Brown said expressions of interest for companies to exhibit on the NSW Government stand are now open.

“This is an incredible opportunity for businesses to thrive despite the challenges  of the pandemic by leveraging an informed, target audience to reconnect with current customers, build relationships with new clients and promote their capabilities in the burgeoning defence and space industries,” Ms Brown said.

“There is increasing demand for aviation and aerospace services, products and technology, from general aviation to airlines, air forces and space. Investment NSW is proud to support NSW’s defence and space industries to succeed in the industries of the future.”

Nupress Group exhibited with the NSW Government in 2019. CEO Craig McWilliam said, “Nupress was fortunate enough to exhibit on the Defence NSW stand at Avalon 2019 to promote our Advanced Manufacturing capability in the Aerospace market. The Defence NSW stand gave us an opportunity for significantly more engagement with international primes and delegations, than we would have achieved without the support of the NSW Government.”

The Defence NSW Stand will offer exhibiting businesses a prime location to showcase products and services and continued support to access new markets and further develop business capability. Companies will have access to power, lighting and storage space, stand furniture, as well as a Trade Show Readiness Workshop.

Applications close 5pm Wednesday 3 August 2021.
