Fine Food AustraliaExternal Link 2023 will be  the largest food industry trade show in the southern hemisphere. Over 26,000 trade visitors from over 50 countries visit the show every year.  

The NSW Government will soon be announcing the niche NSW food and beverage manufacturers exhibiting within the Flavours of NSW zone for 2023. The business profiles for the 2023 subsidy recipients will be featured on this page soon, in the leadup to the Fine Food Australia tradeshow held on 11-14 September 2023.

Flavours of NSW zone 2023

These 18 premium NSW food and beverage businesses manufacture their products in NSW from mostly domestic sources. They are keen to meet international and domestic buyers, distributers, investors and other industry representatives.

Based in the Riverina, Cootamundra Country Foods is a specialist meat drying company producing its own quality jerky under the Billabong Jerky brand name.
cedar creek cider
Cedar Creek uses homegrown apples from their orchard in Thirlmere to produce a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic ciders.
Circle Harvest
Circle Harvest is a world leader in edible insect farming techniques, developing edible insect products suitable for the Western diet including cricket protein powder, corn chips, pasta and bake at home mixes.

Chef Mark Beattie launched Eggzi on the NSW Central Coast to supply free-range pasteurised egg products to the hospitality industry nationally.
