Food & Beverage to ASEAN: THAIFEX 2025

THAIFEX is a platform for emerging and established NSW food and beverage companies to promote their products by exhibiting at the Investment NSW stand. The trade show attracts a large global audience and provides trade opportunities in Thailand and the rest of the region.  

THAIFEX 2025 will provide trade mission participants with valuable access to quality buyers including distributors, importers, manufacturers and retailers, and attendees will also gain valuable insights into developments and future trends of the food and beverage industry.

Eligibility

• Have a valid ABN registered for NSW 
• Export-ready. Able to organise samples to Thailand that can be displayed at the trade show 
• Provide marketing support to INSW ASEAN team to promote this event 
• Have your own staff on site for the trade show 

What's included?

Investment NSW will support the trade exhibition costs for THAIFEX, which includes: 

• a dedicated pod on the Investment NSW at the THAIFEX 
• printed and digital promotion in Investment NSW’s F&B to ASEAN Exhibitor Directory  
• company logo printed on your dedicated exhibition booth 
• B2B matching opportunities following 1:1 discussion about your export goals with our trade mission leads 

What's not included? 

Investment NSW will not pay for: 

• visas 
• airfares 
• accommodation 
• travel insurance 
• meals outside the program events and functions not hosted and/or co-supported by Investment NSW  
• ground transport such as taxis and public transport 
• freight – shipment and storing of product samples 
• mandatory service fee charged by the exhibitor

Applications will close on 13 December 2024.   

An acceptance supporting letter will be sent to successful applicants with participation terms and conditions. Further information required for participation will be provided in due course. Spaces are limited. Successful applicants will be determined by eligibility and on a first come, first served basis.
