About Fine Food Australia

Fine Food Australia 2023 will be  the largest food industry trade show in the southern hemisphere. Over 26,000 trade visitors from over 50 countries visit the show every year.  The NSW Government has announced the EOI is now open for up to twelve $4,500 subsidies to eligible niche NSW food and beverage manufacturers to exhibit within the Flavours of NSW zone. Submit your EOI today. Applications closed 23 May 2023.

Fine Food Australia 2022, was held on 5 to 8 September 2022 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC).

Flavours of NSW zone

These 13 premium NSW food and beverage businesses manufacture their products in NSW from mostly domestic sources. They are keen to meet international and domestic buyers, distributers, investors and other industry representatives.

Alka Power

Bottled at source in the pristine Southern Highlands of NSW, Alka Power's Alkaline Water is 100% natural and contains no additives, fluoride or chlorine.

Ananda Food

A 100% Australian grown hemp producer based in Beresfield, curating genetics and manufacturing hemp seed, oil, flour, and protein powder.

Bathurst Grange Distillery

A craft distillery on a family farm producing gin and whisky using naturally sourced ingredients and operating a cellar door.

Cooks Confectionery

A specialist manufacturer of quality toffee nut brittles, sugar paste extrusion products and premium chocolate lines, located on the beautiful New South Wales South Coast.

Gaia Tree

Gaia Tree is all about wholesome vegan sweet treats (vegan snack foods and drink powders) that bring together intriguing flavour combinations for a guilt-free yet decadent experience.

Garlicious Grown

Growing and manufacturing black garlic products in the Southern Tablelands of NSW.

Goodradigbee Distillery

Makers of bespoke, uniquely Australian single malt spirits and gins in (patent-pending) accelerated maturation cubes. A Sydney-based business, they use Snowy River springs and Australian hardwood to craft unique flavour profiles.

+hemp

+hemp is an organic water based beverage developed to enhance hydration and health. High in omega-3 and omega-6 essential acids, Australian made, vegan, gluten free and no sugar.

Outback Harvest

Outback Harvest is an Australian farming family growing the ancient grain Teff. They supply premium quality Australian grown Teff grain and flour in retail and wholesale sizes.

Seadrift Distillery

Handmade non-alcoholic spirits created using natural botanical ingredients and traditional copper pot distilling methods with modern technique.

The Other Chef Makers & Providers: Sir Racha Hot Sauce

Manufacturer and wholesaler of a range of gourmet condiments, including jam, relish, mustard, infused oil, flavoured balsamic vinegar and sauces. All products are natural, allergen free, vegan friendly, with no added preservatives, and made from locally grown ingredients.

The Vinegar Factory

Violet & Gold

Violet & Gold is a syrup label that celebrates Australian natives, using botanicals like lemon myrtle, strawberry gum and wattle seed to create natural syrups made with 100% Australian ingredients.
