Regional Youth Entrepreneurial Activation Program (RYEAP)

About

Students will put their innovation skills to the test as part of a new program promoting entrepreneurship as an exciting career pathway.

Investment NSW has engaged The Scale InstituteExternal Link  to deliver the 2023 Regional Youth Entrepreneurship Activation Program, with students at 20 high schools to take part in an entrepreneurial immersion bootcamp where they will learn the skills and mindset needed to become successful entrepreneurs.

Each school will partner with a local business which will present students with a current challenge they are seeking to solve.

Students will then collaborate, and be mentored by an Entrepreneur in Residence, to generate innovative solutions which they will present at the Regional Pitch Fest showcase and receive valuable feedback.

This activity underpins our ongoing commitment to build the capabilities and knowledge to prepare students to be work ready and receive important life skills including creative and critical thinking.
